1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Myglobaltrainer.com and the Global Trainer mobile application (collectively, "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, purchase products, or subscribe to our services. By using our services, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
3. Health Disclaimer & Assumption of Risk
Global Trainer provides fitness and training content, tools, and services. We are not a medical provider, and nothing on our website or app is medical advice. Always consult your physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition or injury. Physical exercise carries inherent risks, including the risk of injury. By using our services, you voluntarily assume all such risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Global Trainer, its owners, employees, and affiliated trainers from any liability for injuries or damages arising from your participation in workouts, training programs, or other fitness activities accessed through our services.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation
Some of our services are offered on a subscription basis with recurring billing. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your account settings, and your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will keep access to paid features until that time. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.
6. Purchases & Refunds
All sales of products, digital content, and services are final. If you receive a defective or damaged physical product, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will work with you to make it right. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
7. Rewards, Wallet & Referral Programs
Our rewards, wallet credits, and referral programs are provided as a benefit to our community. Rewards and credits have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and may expire or change. We may modify, suspend, or terminate these programs at any time. Fraud or abuse of any program may result in forfeiture of rewards and termination of your account.
8. Trainers & User Content
Trainers who offer services through Global Trainer are independent professionals and are solely responsible for the services and advice they provide. Any content you submit to our platform (including photos, reviews, and testimonials) remains yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share it in connection with operating and promoting our services.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our services, including by violating any law, infringing the rights of others, uploading harmful or offensive content, attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfering with the operation of the website or app.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and app, including the Global Trainer name, logo, designs, text, graphics, and software, is our property or used with permission, and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without our prior written consent.
11. Third-Party Services
Our services may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites and services, including payment processors and app stores. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that specific results, including fitness results, will be achieved.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Trainer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global Trainer and its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to our business or other users. You may stop using our services and cancel your account at any time.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sarasota County, Florida.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
